Wow, Prissy broke tradition this time and didn't have any white puppies. And she had four instead of her usual three. But they're all healthy and doing great, so I'm not complaining.
She has been acting so funny for two days, that I kept thinking she would be having her puppies any time and I was up and down all night watching her. But she finally decided to "rock 'n roll" this morning about 8:30 and got done about 1:30, and all were born as the thunderstorms raged outside.

So she and the puppies are settled in now and she's getting some rest, other than keeping her little squirmy little ones in check. They are all nursing very well, so I've left them in the care of their mother.
I've already gotten a solid sale on one of the males and have two others that have requested one of her puppies. I've emailed them and am waiting for their replies. Since one requested a white puppy, they may want to pass on the salt & pepper. But Prissy's puppies sell very well, so I'm not worried about selling them all.
Anyway, I'm going to rest a little while myself before we go out to eat this evening, but wanted to let you all know that have been waiting for news.
In other news, little miss Sugar stays as busy as she can, getting into any and everything that she can, so she has us running after her every few minutes to take something away from her that she shouldn't have. I must say she is definitely imaginative and industrius when it comes to mischief. But it's so hard to get mad at her. She has this perpetual look of "what can I get into next?" on her face and is so openly full of fun and mischief that she is just adorable! But honestly, it's like having a very active toddler around and the floor is littered with her toys and whatever else she can find to drag in. I watched in horror, in the middle of last night, as she would go out under the back porch light and get bugs to bring back in the house. She would drop them in the living room floor and play with them. Thankfully, none of them got too far away before she either killed them or I snatched them up in a paper towel and flushed them. Such is the life of a Schnauzer lover, lol.

Oh, and I've decided to abandon the makeover idea. I decided the old (human) look just suited me better, lol. Love to all and I'll be catching up with you all later today or tomorrow!
